“We Listen. We Care. We Sell”. This is the Nancy Batchelor Team’s motto and we lived it through and through in our recent purchase. The entire Batchelor Team was incredibly professional and the process was seamless (negotiations, inspections, escrow, lending, closing). They have a well-oiled machine that delivers. We concluded with a home we are very happy with and we are looking forward to enjoying with family and friends over the coming years. We’d be remiss not to give a shoutout to Michelle Shurtleff, our friend and agent, who has now been with us through two transactions. There is no shortage of superlatives for Michelle – laser-sharp, precise, tough-as-nails [as an aside, she’s hilarious and made the entire process fun]. The one word that rises above the others, though, is trustworthy. Michelle is the exact person you want in your corner when navigating the complex and confounding process of buying a home. Separately, Bettina Munoz was also a fabulous stand-in when Michelle was unavailable and carried herself with the same precision and excellence.
